
Beginners will have to deal with a steep learning curve as the program does not provide any kind of description or explanation for its various settings and options. Be aware, though, that this tool is geared towards advanced and experienced users. Lastly, the Advanced tab will let you change various system functions like Disable Background Apps and Disable Windows Defender. The Software tab will let you install popular apps like Steam, Zoom, and VLC media player. The Appearance tab will let you change visual options, such as Use Windows 7 volume control, Hide OneDrive Cloud in File Explorer, or Disable Lockscreen Blur. The Tweaks tab will let you change system settings, including Disable Telemetry, Disable Cloud Sync, and Disable App Diagnostics. Once done, click on the "Slap!" button to apply the changes. You can individually check the boxes that you want, or click on the "Check all" and "Uncheck all" buttons. Its settings and options are divided into four main tabs: Tweaks, Appearance, Software, and Advanced. When you first open WinSlap, it will present you with a clean and simple user interface.
